Why Honest Money
A Manifesto
Money is the most honest thing two free people can exchange. It is a receipt for work performed, value created, time spent. When the unit of account is debased, every honest transaction is debased with it.
Since 1913 the U.S. dollar has lost roughly ninety-eight percent of its purchasing power. That is not a policy failure. That is a slow, silent transfer of wealth — and most people never see it happen.
This is the work — and the wager — of the Honest Money Ecosystem.
