Our pages, journal posts, LIVE shows and emails are for education and commentary. We are not financial advisors, broker-dealers or attorneys. Cryptocurrency, mining and precious metals carry real risk, including losing what you put in. Mining rewards depend on network conditions and are never guaranteed. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional.

Your account

• You sign in with your email address. Keep that inbox secure — whoever controls it can get into your account.
• Your account may include a member profile brought over from mineHME or the Honest Money Hub. Check it's correct and tell us if anything is wrong.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone or create accounts for others without their permission.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.

Mining & the sister sites

Hash power is purchased from and operated by the sister mining sites (such as mineTXC, mineZCU and Iskander), which run under their own terms. Your dashboard shows information they report. If our numbers and theirs ever differ, the sister site's records are the official record for hash power, purchases and rewards.

Payout wallets

You're responsible for the wallet addresses and splits you enter. We check that addresses are in a valid format, but we can't tell whether you control them. Crypto transactions can't be reversed, so rewards sent to an address you entered can't be recovered if it's wrong. Changes may take time to reach each mining site before the next payout.

Affiliate links

• Every approved member gets an affiliate ID and referral links. They're for honestly sharing the ecosystem.
• No spam, misleading claims, income guarantees, fake accounts or self-referrals.
• Commissions and bonuses are set and paid by the service that earns them, under its own rules. Referral information here is for your reference.
• Brand banners we provide may be shared as-is or with the edits our tools allow.

Your profile & content

You own the photo, bio and links you add, and you give us permission to show them across the ecosystem. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or that belongs to someone else. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Email

By subscribing or creating an account you agree to receive the emails you've chosen, plus essential account messages such as sign-in links. You can manage topics or unsubscribe any time from any email or the subscribe page.

Intellectual property

The Honest Money name, mark and original content belong to us. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Don't republish substantial portions or use our branding without written permission, except through the banner tools we provide.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no abusive scraping, no attempts to break into or disrupt the service or our connections with sister sites, and no using our subscribe, booking or contact forms to send spam.

Third-party sites

We link to many projects inside the honest.money ecosystem and to sites run by others. We're not responsible for the content, policies or practices of sites we don't control.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the information on it. That includes lost rewards, wallet mistakes or delays at a sister site.
