What we collect

• Account details — your email address and sign-in records when you log in with a magic link or code.
• Member & miner profile — name, username / affiliate ID, member number, time zone, join date, account status and sponsor. Many of these were brought over from mineHME and the Honest Money Hub when those services moved to honest.money.
• Contact & address — phone number, mailing address, Telegram username and preferred contact method, if you or a sister site provided them.
• Payout wallets — the coin addresses and percentage splits you use to receive mining rewards.
• Public profile — the photo, tagline, short bio, website and social links you choose to add.
• Mining & purchase information — hash power, purchases and rewards, read from the sister mining sites (such as mineTXC and mineZCU) so we can show them on your dashboard.
• Referral activity — clicks on affiliate links (including IP address and browser type) and who referred whom.
• Email list & engagement — your subscriptions, topic preferences, and whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked.
• Show bookings — what you send us when you request to appear on Honest Money LIVE.
• Questions & changes — support questions you send and a log of changes you make to your account.
• Technical data — standard server logs used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To sign you in and run your member dashboard.
• To make sure mining rewards go to the right wallets.
• To credit referrals to the right affiliate.
• To send the emails you asked for and honor your preferences.
• To answer your questions, prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share only what's needed to run the ecosystem:

• Sister mining sites (such as mineTXC, mineZCU and Iskander) receive your member ID, profile and contact details, and payout wallets, so they can run your mining account and pay your rewards. Each runs under its own policies.
• Your sponsor can see basic information about members they directly sponsored, such as name, join date, which services and coins they use, and newsletter status. They don't see your phone number or mailing address.
• Other members can see your public profile only if you fill it in.
• Service providers host the site and data, and deliver email (Amazon Web Services). They process data only on our behalf.
• The law — if we are legally required to.

Your choices

• Edit your contact details, address, wallets and public profile any time from your dashboard.
• Every email has a link to switch topics on or off or unsubscribe entirely. You can also use the subscribe page.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or to delete your account through help.honest.money. Some records (like payout history) may need to be kept for accounting or legal reasons.

Retention & security

We keep your information while your account or subscription is active and afterwards only as long as needed for payouts, accounting, legal duties or fraud prevention. We keep a small "do not email" record so we never message you again by mistake. Access is restricted to the team members who need it, and sister sites exchange data over signed, secret-protected connections.
