Every service in the Honest Money ecosystem has a reserved key and declares which shared standards it uses — so anyone building on the ecosystem can plug in without overlapping. Think BIP44, for our ecosystem.

Member ID
Every member gets one permanent UUID from honest.money. Apps store it next to their own user record so activity can be credited across the ecosystem.

Referral parameter
Affiliate traffic arrives with ?ref={code}. Apps keep it for the visit and send it with any signup event to the Hub API.
