Oglala Lakota makes a splash with Aquaponics
Colorado Aquaponics & the American Open Currency Standard team is traveling to Pine Ridge, South Dakota for a hands on “Basics and Build” course. This event is an effort to promote community involvement and ultimately provide a sustainable, high quality local food source for humans, livestock and pets too. This is just one part of the Oglala Lakota Nation’s campaign to reestablish self-determination, economic independence and sovereignty.
Over the next few months, the Colorado Aquaponics team is working to build a full-service aquaponic facility alongside the new Lakota Dollar Store, to be managed by the people of Pine Ridge as an education, research & development and commercial production facility.
Colorado Aquaponics & the American Open Currency Standard presents:
Basics and Build Aquaponics Workshop
